Hi Guys,

Thought I'd put the word out to see if anyone knew of some good deals on Conti GP4000S tyres.

Preferably would like some this week and pick up if possible.

Any ideas??

cell had them half price - might have been one of their 48 hour sales though.

Worth a look

Ask Noel at bike station

While it may not suit your immediate need, ProBikeKit currently have 30% off GP4000S twin packs.  Postage can take up to 3 weeks though, so best to stock up in advance.

Bought mine for on-line for $76 a pair.

Try bicycle express and ask for a good deal
I bought 4 pairs there and got them for $200, cash deal done, goodbye,auf-wiedersehen.

Have 2 spares if u get stuck.
I thought BE had them sitting in a box on the counter for under $50 bucks a tyre?

Trak sometimes have them on special for $80 a pair or you can get them online for around $43 without too much trouble.
They probably do now, I said to them if they started selling them at reasonable cost, people would actually buy them locally!

I like to shop local whenever I can!

You know you could be right...well I hope so. If they are I'll go in and grab some tomorrow.

Had a puncture today which lead to a closer look at my tires....not to mention I still have the Conti Tri's on there which don't offer anything in the way of tread.

They were $49 when I bought my C50's at the beginning of the year, a mate bought some recently and "thought" he said they were less than that. Sent him an sms to check, but havent heard back.....

I just bought a pair of 25mm ones (online) and must say, initial impressions are very good. Smooth out the ride nicely, roll just as well and seem to grip better than the 23's which considering I think they often feel a bit slippery when new is a great start and only going to get better.

Just got an email, they are on sale at $49.95 atm at Bicycle Express.
