Branded versions of these are given away each year at the TDU village.

looks good although I just use a zip lock lunch bag that does the trick for me....just needs to be replaced every few months as it eventually splits.

look a bit like the Jersey Bins that have been given out after the PACC CX races :) ultra handy :)

@CLP Would that be the FOCUS brand? Why are they called Jersey Bins?

they would indeed be FOCUS brand!   not sure why they're called that.   I don't really question the name when handy free stuff is being handed out :)

I had another one from a few years ago from one of the community rides (possibly the TDU) that was avanti plus branded, but that had the zip locky thing on the short end rather than the long end like the Focus ones.

The newer Focus ones were a tad shorter too, which fit in jersey pockets better :)

They are made by Jersey Bins in the US. I got a quote on them and they were quite expensive for me to buy for Adelaide Cyclists in bulk so go for the freebies if you can find them.

They are great but the Focus ones are a bit thin for a modern smart phone but money, cards etc they're great.

Mine fits my iphone or my galaxy2 plus money - neither phone is exactly small.  What phone don't the Jersey Bins fit?

mine fits my HTC Hero, bike parking swipe card,  plus some ID (CA licence) :)    it closes, but can sometimes be a struggle. I think that's partly due to the HTC Heros oddly shaped "chin" though

iPhone 4 and cards etc you need to make sure it zips but it does fit. I'm not sure I would want it any bigger anyway.

Mountain Designs sell for about $25 a traveller's secret wallet bag. Supposed to be worn under clothing with the strap over the shoulder. Using it to carry the battery for my bright helmet light, bought a few years ago before designs improved further.

Had a close look at them a little while ago but didnt see the value. Like you said a fancy zip lock bag. We gave away swags of Avanti Branded ones a little while ago and like Clive said you could score a simillar product at TDU. We sold a few of these a little while ago http://www.lezyne.com/organizers#panel-8 they were nicely made

Jersey Bins are the brand and can be bought in Australia, I bought a five pack, posted and received within a couple of days, Strava also sell them
