CVSA ride today

I bought compact cranks last week and today they paid for themselves BIG TIME. I don't know if i would have got up the hill at Mount Osmond without them, it was insanely steep, hard work, and yet, perversely good fun. A couple of fallers, who just climbed back on and went again, well done ladies. As usual great group at the coffee shop and a nice ride back home via the coast. These rides are one of the best kept secrets in Adelaide but with all the nice new jerseys on show they won't be a secret for too long.

Good point about resting HR, mines low 60s.

I might wear the HR monitor for the probe. Could see a new max.

On the subject of prostate checks, it's a daunting issue for us blokes but one we must bring to prominence like the women have done with breast cancer.

I'm on meds fpr blood pressure and cholestrol - thanks to my mother for passing those on to me & my bothers!! anyway it's all within limits and I measure BP daily at home. Doc is well aware of what I do and fully endorses it.

Get that Prostate test done Mate. My Brother in Law is going through the consequences of not getting it done and you just need to look up on the Web, the results of not having it done. It is terrifying.
