Crazy doods up willunga hill

I absolutely loved the atmoshphere at the hilltop (TDU), also, anyone got any photos of the crazy bike antics inbetweeen laps?. Hope we get a hilltop finish every year!

What about those guys who ran up next to the pros on each lap? One of them was dressed in a Teletubbies costume - full kudos for effort in the heat!

The Teletubbie was part of the Rapha/Norwood CC crew located abot 150m down from the finish...

we were down the bottom of the hill right infront of the big screen as the kids couldnt walk up the hill but it was FANTASTIC! i think it was the 2nd or 3rd group of pros that were lagging behind on the 2nd lap one of them stopped and watched this finish on the screen! classic

i have seen the hill climbs through the TDF where the riders are going through a 2-3 meter gap and never thought the TDU would see anything like that! it was so great to be there for it

We were there too Trent after living it up in the Hospitality box lol Love it there hope Willunga stays on the TDU list! The atmosphere is just great and there are things to keep the kid entertained and toilets!

Yeah Wade was there as part of the Rapha ride, it was a sensational day up on the hill and the atmosphere when the riders came past was epic.

Haas giving the crowd fives as he struggled up the second time was easily the best part of the day, you could see he was just absolutely loving himself despite being completely cooked!
