I was under the impression that TUE ( Therapudic Use Exemption) did not apply to banned substances such as steroids.

Its like the oil industry wants to kill cycling with the Lance and continual raids during the TDF each year.
'Too many people riding bikes instead of driving cars! this is killing us! bust em!'
I think people would be shocked how much gear the swimmers, footy players, runners etc are on.
