Permalink Reply by Kevin White on July 21, 2011 at 18:14 I take it all back. Ordered some tubes and stuff from Cell on Wednesday and they arrived in my office today! Great work Cell :)
I currently ride a Cell Trumph which I bought over 2 years ago. Can't fault it whatsoever. They're pretty easy to deal with. Info available on website re sizing. If you phone the guys they're happy to give some advice. Cell frames are white label versions of some of the more well known brands (all come from the same Taiwanese factories). The attraction for me was the price difference between Cell and the well known brands with equivalent specs. A couple of my riding buddies are brand snobs and turn their noses up at my bike. Ironically, they can't ride to save themselves.
I've also bought quite a few accessories through Cell with no dramas, although I find Wiggle / PBK better for product range and price. Cell do flog a really good front light - 900 lumen LED for about $109 which I recently bought. The best front light I've ever had.

Someone in control of the emailing will be heading into beer o'clock early and hard and not coming out for a long time!
Permalink Reply by durian rider on July 30, 2011 at 11:36 They sent me out a free wireless speedo mount for one that I had lost. Thats pretty EXCELLENT service. But the real clincher (pun intended) is that I didnt even buy it from them!
Im in NYC at the moment and the customer service here is like your Cadel walking into a shop and everyone wants to help you out. Why? Cos there is so much online competition here and bike store competition. You either improve customer service our you get your ass kicked by the online/customer service masters.
I mean with wiggle you can return something with in a year if its still new. Most local shops would spew if you bought a stem and changed your mind when you walked out the shop and around the block. ;)
