HI all,
My brother and his wife are looking at getting bikes for themselves and kids for local park riding, and asked what and where to get them. While I can suggest what to get, I don't know any bike stores in Syd, let alone near them,,,,, so if anyone has a suggestion for a good bike store around the North Ryde area of Sydney can you please let me know
Cheers
Lee-Anne
There is a similar group to AC in Sydney where you should be able to get the right info, not sure what it's called, ask Angus.

Clarence St Cycles is an established brand and now operates a women's specific shop.MC Cyclery are also new to Clarence St and made those fantastic video ads
On the Ryde side Northside in Chatswood are probably the go.
In the East there is the long running Woolys Wheels where I have actually bought a bike from.
I work in the Macquarie Park/North Ryde area of Sydney; although I live a bit north of there. There aren't any bike shops actually in North Ryde itself; so they will need to travel a bit out of the area.
I usually use Hornsby Cycles and find them pretty good; the owner is in my club which helps. In the opposite direction KOM Cyclery in Crows Nest is quite good, although they probably focus a bit more on higher end bikes.
Otherwise there are shops like Cyclery Northside in Chatswood, and Renegade Cycles in Lane Cove, which are quite good but tend to be a bit pricy.
