Hi there
Can anyone please recommend someone to assess my current bike set-up and help to adjust to suit me?
Lately I've been experiencing groin pain after riding, and having been cleared of any other issues by my GP, think it is quite possibly related to my bike set-up.
If anyone has had similar issues and can suggest someone who may be able to assist, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Stephen

Permalink Reply by heather on June 1, 2012 at 11:15 Tim, thanks. My injuries from my crash 6 months ago are physio after a broken shoulder, and whatever happened to my back & neck to create the headaches.

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions - they're very much appreciated.
I'll call a couple of the suggested people and see if I can book something over the next week.
I highly recommend James from Adelaide Advanced Physiotherapy (formerly EFM) 8232 2504 Charles St Plaza off Rundle Mall. Chris and I have had 2 bike fits (for different bikes). He checks you out and treats your body issues and then sets up the bike for you. The physio component can be claimed on private health insurance. He is very good physio and knows his bike stuff. He has given us great feedback on riding technique changes to avoid or minimise injury and pain.
