been a long time between drinks!

i really need to spend more time on here! now that the wrist is out of the cast and well on the way to healing (no comments carla scragg or peter jenkin!) it won't be long before i'm back in the saddle again :) looking forward to the wind in my wheels again soon!

a run in with a tram track about 2 months ago that had me up over the handlebars and eating tarmac :)

I am so thankful I only lost skin in my run-in with those same tram tracks the same week! Glad to have you back Trav!
