Australian Cycling Membership

Excuse my ignorance but if I was to register for th Grand Fondo in Victoria . Would the Bike SA membership be acceptable as an "Australian Cycling Member"

No my understanding is that the GF is a UCI event you are required to carry race insurance and a race licence. BiksSA membership does not cover this and the $10 extra fee for non Cycling Australia riders provides a 24 hour licence and insurance. It is covered in the FAQ's under the ride on the GF site.
