One of my favourite rides and the one that really gave me my first goal is coming up on November 4th.
Bugger. my lads 18th that day so no Amy's for me. I'll hopefully spend a few months in the lead up to the ride on training rides with Gill, CWL and others and not be able to take part. If he'd been born on time his birthday would be on the Saturday but he's never been on time for anything yet so I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles.

maybe all riders can end up back at Pats place to tell him of the ride, really rub it in.

Permalink Reply by Phil Crick on June 24, 2012 at 19:35 I have the exact same problem, it's Nathan's birthday, but unlike your lad, Nathan was as impatient as his father and arrived 8 weeks early and gave us a bit of a surprise
