I've just registered for this and got some accommodation. Very excited. Can anyone share any training tips, especially for improving hills endurance/speed?

Definately need to be prepared, and no place to buy food apart from Forrest. "Refreshments" at the Feed Stations is just water & sports drinks. Think it did catch a few unprepared last year...

The 'showbag' they provided at the start had some Torq sample products so I would suspect that this was also the powder supplied. Having tried this product and found it to be completly disgusting I would suggest that you rely on packing enough food to cover the ride
Thanks just read the website and it is quite clear no food apart from the comment
"As part of your Gran Fondo and Medio Fondo entry AGF will be supplying refreshments at the end of the ride."
I took this to mean the finish but on rereading I think it is more likely that it means the Lorne finish. Next question is what does refreshments mean.
