Menglers hill

The Parawa Rd climb up to Parawa is a nice one.

Shane - that's a nice climb too

Up to Parawa takes years off the life of my steed's chain each time I do it...... ;-)

The next hill I want to be able to do on my list is Coach House drive and Woodlands way. Have not tackled it yet but it seems to be pretty constant climb for 3 or so K's. Unlike Nortons there seems to be no real place to catch your breath a bit. Have many peopl here gone up norton's that way... What is the climb like?

from driving it in a car, a lot steeper.

I've done it once. It flattens out to be 8% at some stages which feels flat at the time. Do it. You won't forget it for a long time. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Did it some years ago, with my elder son, me on the BSA and him on the Mongoose.  A hard ride up.  Came back via Colonial Drive and Moores Road, and broke 6 spokes in the back wheel of the BSA.

 Mt.Billy - Hindmarsh Tiers Rd.

Shane - do you ride with Coast Cruzers mob at Victor Harbor?

RD6- No, just by myself or with my cuz.I'm just a middle aged plodder who likes hill climbs.  Oh yeah, Goolwa is home.

Anyone's thoughts on Pound Road?
