1st ROUND ORDERS CLOSE FOR MOST ITEMS TODAY MAY 10th

Early reviews are in and are nice, thanks.

I just got home, saw the package [jacket] on the verandah, quickly opened it, tried it on....PERFECT!!!! Can't wait for the jersey now!! Thank you!

and

New Adelaide Cyclists arm warmers = win. :) Very happy with them.. arm warmers can be a bit hit and miss, mainly being too short (leaving a gap at the top between the warmer and the jersey) these are pretty generous length-wise.

and

My jacket arrived today, its perfect! I think it is also going to be very
> useful on some winter hikes and o/s trips :-)

Men's and women's size charts now on the item pages

I actually really like winter cycling. It's hard to find motivation when its cold and great and seasonal affective disorder is kicking in but what I do like is winter cycling gear. So when I was asked about a winter jersey I was excited at the thought. What I've found to offer is, like the summer kit, really great stuff and I couldn't just stop at one piece.

Firstly, the winter long sleeve jerseys. The number one is red Thermo Roubaix fabric red with black panel and a simple white Adelaide Cyclists across the chest (which is actually the new logo's companion font but I've no had a chance to roll it out). The back has the logo and Adelaide Cyclists in small subtle size. Three rear pockets and full length zip. Order now for delivery by end of May. In detail.

The Adelaide Cyclists Jersey black with red highlights is also made from Thermo Roubaix fabric and has reflective stitching, reflective rear panel and printings. Two rear pockets and a front angled pocket gives you enough space to stash your jelly snakes. Order now and if you are first in you'll receive by May 10. Subsequent orders fulfilled by end of May. In detail.

Jackets - Red and black. These are great. Soft shell fabric with Roubiax side vents on sides and inner sleeves. This comfortable, warm and great looking and well made piece of apparel would cost more than twice the price from any other brand and you'll enjoy it for more than one season. You don't even have to wear them on the bike because they don't look too much like a piece of cycling kit. Available in black with reflective accents or red with black panels and trim. Some available for delivery by May 10 if you get in fast, others will be taken as orders and deliver by end of May. In detail.

Arm warmers. Who doesn't need arm warmers! We're not in winter yet! I like arm warmers, they make you feel faster, while jackets are great for  commuting and getting around on certain rides, arm warmers are all you need on most clear days in an Adelaide winter. At only $22 these are a bargain. In detail.

...and finally new t-shirts. Yep, it's winter so here are some short sleeve t-shirts with AC logo on the front and URL on the back small and subtle between the shoulder blades. If you think it's too chilly for short sleeves you can always wear arm warmers with it. In black and red.  In detail.

To get in fast and not be disappointed, or order for delivery asap after disappointment, go to the shop page. Orders will close off in 14 or so days so. Women's size charts are coming (sorry, I couldn't hold out waiting for them any more). Exchange on incorrect size is OK but try to measure up and order bigger if you want some room. These are slim fit garments.

Embrace winter!

Toptastic!

Hey Gus, the sizing on the page goes up to XXL yet ordering only goes to XL. Will a XXL be available for all us FB's

Bug #1, yep! They size chart comes from the makers so I guess they can fulfil but I think I only ordered up to XL in the current batch.

Love your work Gus. now to rustle up some funds.

sizing only caters for little people :(

Are the colors exactly what's shown or is there differentiation with the actual product?

I'm mainly asking about the black ls jersey with the red accents, and was wondering if the red on that jacket is the same as the picture shows, or if the red is the same as the red jersey.

I'm interested in the jacket (red of course).  Is it really waterproof, or just 'shower' proof?

I'd use it for commuting in some pretty heavy weather - is it suitable for that, or should I go for something more serious.  I realise it's a difficult question, so I don't mind a bit of a vague answer.

:-)

Simon

Unless I've missed one the sizing goes to XXL.

The reds are pretty much as shown. I have a black jersey and the red is a little duller than the red of the red jersey and jacket.

They are shower proof as demonstrated on the Easter ride but for downpours I wouldn't say totally waterproof.

And yes, the jackets are good for wearing off the bike except the don't have front pockets. Skiing would be a great other use.
Thanks Gus. For me, as long as the black one has reflective accents and the red is as shown I'm all for it. All new winter jerseys and jackets look classy and good enough to wear for other activities.

XXL at 111cm is still for little people....unless it is a big 111cms :(

They are a race or what the makers refer to as 'slim' cut but I've checked they will do it and I've added XXXL which is 116cm.

Thanks Gus looks like I've got no excuse now to order one.
