Tony, I think Zimmzamm has left AC and it was him who posted the event so the event probably disappeared when his profile went. Id suggest asking Gus if he can put the event back up so you can at least see all the comments.

I just spent 5 days in Bright riding every climb we could find. I really hope you guys get a nice day, the scenery will take yout breath away if the climbs dont!

Im hoping to put a short blog post with photos up later tonight

Looking at the weather in Falls Creek at the moment I was wishing it was this weekend. Had a compact put on the bike tonight and taking it out for a spin tomorrow.

We had 'pooled' a lot of discussion under the event listing and a few of us were finding that advice priceless.  Any chance of getting it back up?

Awesome event!

Fantasrtic organisation and support before, during and after the ride. Bicycle Network Victoria have put a lot of thought and planning into this event and set the benchmark. The best I've come across by far.

Official results for me:

Total time: 11:21:32 (rank = 333, out of 1044 entrants)

Tawonga Gap: 0:34:23 (rank = 565)

Mt Hotham: 1:56:23 (rank = 262)

Falls: 1:54:17 (rank = 39)

3 Peaks (climbs): 4:25:04 (rank = 130)

My goal was simply to finish within the 13 hour cutoff. Mission accomplished. I saw one guy had a total time of 16 seconds over the 13 hours cutoff. I wonder if he got the jersey.

How did everyone else go? Meet your goals? Enjoy the ride? No mechanical disasters?
