Did organiser Gus realise what he was starting?
Am puzzled that recently the number of groups has been decreasing, from 81 to 78.

May 22nd thanks.
The groups have reduced because there were some duplicates and non active ones so I had a cleanup.
Thanks everyone, invite a cycling friend and crack 3000 before the end of winter.

The last Mad Hatters Ride was on 15-May-2011, a few days before Angus' birthday which I think is on the 25-May, this year a Friday. Recall that his birthday and an earlier BISA AGM was on the same day. Also that Gus is a Gemini, an astrology sign for communication. Gus is employed in the communication field and in his spare time organises AC.

I would imagine this would be like any Internet group that the number of people who get past 5 posts and post more than 5 times a year is only a small percentage of the members.
Perhaps Gus needs a comfort bike as he is getting older:-)
Something with a sprung seat and mudguards perhaps.
