Comment by Brian Jenkins (BJ) on July 27, 2012 at 17:08 Richard, last I heard was north along King William for a photo-stop in Elder Park. Then Torrens bike path to ? - Botanic Gardens previously. Hopefully see Darren this evening for confirmation. If no tweed, 'period' dress. A suit if you like, or anything that looks a little from a by-gone era. Old woollen jumpers etc are good, corduroy. Paisley, tartan etc. A bow tie, or a cravatte, woollen scarf or similar. Come along, enjoy the day - get some ideas for next year!
Comment by richard 1473 on July 27, 2012 at 11:14 should be a lot of fun ! is there a route map available as my 90 year old uncle wants to have a look at some bicycle history riding past ,is tweed compulsory?
Comment by Chris Hutchinson on July 26, 2012 at 20:44 Sorted, outfit purchased for the grand total of $3! Grab a Free City Bike from Franklin Street if you want to get more of a vintage look?
Pre Tweed elevenses? In accordance with past tradition will anybody be meeting at Bocelli at 11 for coffee.

Comment by Brian Jenkins (BJ) on July 17, 2012 at 21:57 @ Vin - you'll be welcome, slow is the order of the day. It's the 29th, are you here then?
Hullo Adelaide Cyclists. I'm a member under false pretences as I live in Darwin, not Adelaide. But I'll be visiting Adelaide on 31 July, and will have a steed (trusty? perhaps) available, so will be there if I can.
Depends a bit on my minders.
Are there any penalties for getting lost? Are slow riders welcome?
Sounds like fun, looking forward to being there, if I can make it.
Comment by will johnson on July 14, 2012 at 21:38 looking forword to it :)
