kudos for getting out there at all Jarrad - it was seriously nasty! When I passed you, I had just turned back instead of climbing to Kersbrook ... didn't feel very good!

My bad for leaving home late. Turns out my house to the top of medlow rd is the same distance as cafe farina to the top of medlow rd. So i should leave at 4 instead of 4:13 in future.
Also note to self, start with more ice in bottles next time.
