DESCRIPTION:A social group ride for riders new to the concept and fear
 ing that they are 'too slow' for other group rides.\n\nAveraging aroun
 d 20kph (can be slower if need dictates).\n \nStarts and finishes at 
 the Port Noarlunga Institute car park (near Becks Bakery) at the alway
 s sunny Port Noarlunga.\n \nThis is not a training ride and a Tail En
 d Charlie will be appointed so that no one will be left behind.\n \nT
 here will be regular stops to regroup on what will be a gently undulat
 ing track.\n \nMain roads will be avoided wherever possible.\n \nWe 
 will also have the opportunity of having a chat and buy a well earned 
 (and almost mandatory) coffee and cake at the end.\n \nMeet for a rid
 er briefing at 7.30am for a 7.45am start.\n\nIf you have ever wanted t
 o go on group rides, the most important thing is to GET STARTED.\n \
 nAll riders with a mechanically sound road or flat bar type bike and a
 n approved helmet are welcome. \nAll riders ride at their own risk an
 d are advised to have public liability insurance, and to carry emergen
