I had the pins and needles in the hands and fingers towards the end of the ride yesterday. Was a bit hard trying to feel the gear shifter because of it.

I swapped my Thursday ride for a massage. ITB's and Hammies...

Has anyone suffered hand cramp when riding ?   ( Like writers cramp )

i jogged out to the start today, got there about 4.50, rested a minute then ran home.  10kms total.  knee fine.

What have they done to our beautiful SOB? The last bridge before Pt Wakefield Rd end has been repaired?? those cracks that were appearing have been covered with that tar/rubber stuff they use all over the roads.  Not a nice smooth surface anymore. I can see it being quite slippery in the wet at speed over the bridge.  On the way home I gunned it down the slope it was not nice!!!  Veloway all over again.

Sorry I didn't show to anyone who was waiting for me. Went out for a long ride in the hills yesterday, with Doug and Paul both from GW ( 110km ). Stayed up late last night to watch the Stage 10 race of TDF. Then my golfing partner wakes me up at 8.30 and I am out on the golf course all day. So by the time I got home from that at 3.45 it was just all too much action for a little fella. All I wanted to do was go to bed and catch up on some sleep! Not that I did mind you. But early night tonight I think! Hopefully next Tuesday . . . Go Cadell!
