On the last couple of rides Shaun has organised a paceline running at about 28-20 km/h, which Pete may chose to classify as slow :-)

I won't be there, but HOPEFULLY I will start to get back into it from Friday.  Fingers and toes crossed -- starting to get fat ...

I will most probably ride tomorrow, BUT, I will be riding SLOW, as I am still suffering with my strained Ham Strings. This will be my first ride since last Tuesday  week...

It got chilly quickly on Tuesday night so long sleeves are probably required now. Hope that evening rain stays away 'til later in the night.

weather doesnt look to bad.

I will be starting at the Galwer end and leaving on way back from Pt Wakefield Rd end at Womma Rd.

Hope the might attends turn in to attending.
