@ Michael. Yep, I was coming home from a spin class at Avianti Salisbury. I bet I looked a bit slow after the class !

How could anyone miss those shoe covers ???

I had a minor service on it last week, but it felt really sh*t. It's back in for another go. I have also been waiting for my new rear derailer hanger to come in, and it arrived late today. Should be all good by Sat GW ride...

And I was worried might be riding by myself on the thursday rides this is growing

Thats great.

But im going to have to do something Monday as well (maybe quick spin in the hills)I think because waiting for Thursday is killing me.
