This ride is intended for people wanting to improve their fitness and learn to ride faster.
This is a training ride, not a social ride. We ride first, chat later.
Meet 5.50 On the Coast to Vines trail just off Pimpala road on the Northern side for a 6am departure. Car park at the back of Fasta Pasta and Dominos for those driving.
We plan to ride as a group with a re-group at the top of Chandler's Hill on Piggott Range Road and then a Second re-group at the bottom of Cox's hill to ensure we are all safe.
Given this is a ride for most prior to work a coffee after may not always be possible.
I have no idea what the avg speed will be but will be dependent on those that attend.
Please take my number down so you can ring if you get stuck.
All riders with a mechanically sound road or flat bar type bike and an approved helmet are welcome.
All riders ride at their own risk and are advised to have public liability insurance, and to carry emergency contact details
