Event Description

This ride is intended for people wanting to improve their fitness and learn to ride fast in a group.

This is a training ride, not a social ride. We ride first, chat later.

Two laps of this course:

Meet opposite the Deep Blue Cafe in Moana.

7.00pm for 7.15pm departure.

For the first few sessions, expect the format and/or route to be "tweaked" to give the best outcome for all riders. This may mean we split into different ability groups and alter the course.

Speed will be approximately 28kmh+.

There will be one regroup at the end of lap 1 back at Moana.

Riders ride at their own risk of injury or bicycle damage and are strongly advised to have some form of cycle specific insurance.

Cheers

Phil

Sorry guys I am out. Got my fix last night going up old willy, which apart from being cold was good fun really, unlike getting blown all over the road soaking wet :-)

Got chainbreaker....and I charge less Fuics than Pat :)

Indeed I have most tools if you ever need them.

I got a chain breaker Robbie. :)

I even bought a new multi-tool yesterday when I picked up my bike, complete with chain breaker, plus a spare chain link, just in case.
