Event Description

This ride is intended for people wanting to improve their fitness and learn to ride fast in a group.

This is a training ride, not a social ride. We ride first, chat later.

Two laps of this course:

Meet opposite the Deep Blue Cafe in Moana.

7.00pm for 7.15pm departure.

For the first few sessions, expect the format and/or route to be "tweaked" to give the best outcome for all riders. This may mean we split into different ability groups and alter the course.

Speed will be approximately 28kmh+.

There will be one regroup at the end of lap 1 back at Moana.

Riders ride at their own risk of injury or bicycle damage and are strongly advised to have some form of cycle specific insurance.

Cheers

Phil

I think it will be a case of once I'm home I'm not moving again for the night!

Team meeting in the cafe instead?

I think common sense will prevail tonight and I'll stay in.

Pretty nasty at the moment with swirling gusts going every which way.

If it was a northerly or a southerly then we'd be definitely be riding, but it's a westerly which is no help at all really
