This ride is intended for people wanting to improve their fitness and learn to ride fast in a group.
This is a training ride, not a social ride. We ride first, chat later.
Two laps of this course:

Meet opposite the Deep Blue Cafe in Moana.
7.00pm for 7.15pm departure.
For the first few sessions, expect the format and/or route to be "tweaked" to give the best outcome for all riders. This may mean we split into different ability groups and alter the course.
Speed will be approximately 28kmh+.
There will be one regroup at the end of lap 1 back at Moana.
Riders ride at their own risk of injury or bicycle damage and are strongly advised to have some form of cycle specific insurance.
Cheers
Phil

Comment by Patrick O'Kane on September 5, 2012 at 17:45 Pretty nasty at the moment with swirling gusts going every which way.

Comment by Phil Crick on September 5, 2012 at 14:17 If it was a northerly or a southerly then we'd be definitely be riding, but it's a westerly which is no help at all really
