This is a training ride, not a social ride. We ride first, chat later.
Two laps of this course:

Meet opposite the Deep Blue Cafe in Moana.
7.00pm for 7.15pm departure.
We ride as a group for the first lap and will wait for slower riders. There will be one regroup at the end of lap 1 back at Moana. On lap two, faster riders are free to go at their own pace.
You will need lights for lap two.
Average speed is usually 30-32kmh, but remember this is not a flat course and there are places where we do 50kmh+ and 20kmh.
Riders ride at their own risk of injury or bicycle damage and are strongly advised to have some form of cycle specific insurance.
Cheers
Phil
