so here's the deal:
- Up Potts and then down
- across to Alexander Ave and climb
- Gawler One Tree Hill rd until Medlow, descend
- turn left off Medlow onto Craigmore Rd
- ride into Blakeview until Bentley, turn right
- across to Medlow, climb
- down to Kentish, descend
- back to Farina via Trinity Dv.
- 37 kms total
Hopefully the knee will be ok for it.
