Event Description

SAKURA Ride for Japan- In support of the Japan's tsunami victims

The 11th of March has become an unforgettable day for Japan. It has been hit by a largest earthquake in the history of Japan. Tsunami has also devastated many towns by the coast line and many people are still suffering.

We have organised this charity ride on April 9 from 8.30am. It has two groups; one is to the hills (Mt. Lofty) and another along the coast (Glenelg) - to suit all riders. Both groups will start from the Himeji Gardens on South Terrace at 8.30am and return to the Gardens where riders can catch-up.

Let`s cycling together and think about Japan.

If we can get some doneations from riders, I send it to Red Cross as Adelaide Cyclists after this event.

If you want only donation, you can send it to Red Cross directly.
