Patrick has forsaken us and let me take the reins - silly boy! So, we are revisiting an Original Muddies' route from bottom of Veloway "India" to McLaren Vale then on to Old Willunga Hill, The Range and Clarendon. Will suit those building up for Amy's Ride and wanting a crack at Willy. The heroes can do repeats! Riders welcome to join along the way and split off as necessary. Average speed 22-28kph. Regular regroups as required due to hilly terrain.
This is a little longer than recent rides so make sure your bike is mechanically sound and bring necessary food, fluids and spares. Ample water available en route. Planned brief stops at McLV toilet block and top of Willy. Social feed stop at Clarendon Bakery.
I plan on heading home via Blackwood. Others may wish to split off around Chandlers Hill or Blacks Rd or....
Ride will suit riders with a reasonable fitness level due to the terrain. It is a semi-serious training ride, while intended to be social and supportive of all riders. Nobody left behind.

Indeed they did. But I believe that if you suck too hard on "The Hill" then said cyclist will slide backwards and potentially kill you. Therein lies the true reason why h****ts are mandatory.

OK, someone was opposed to stopping at K&S but I don't think he's coming anyway? We can sort it out on the run....
