hello - ended up at 25 k average speed for 75 k's.... hope this helps

beach run yesterday - 32 k average for 56 k's (only 2 riders so was a bit of a social thing although we did offer a 'skinny latte' rider a wheel to sit on and she gladly accepted)

1hr 40 mins from tower to Lobethal is my kind of pace, but am actually racing (rowing) tomorrow, but if you do these rides regularly I would love to join you in the future. As a shift worker, I like to have a variety of rides to fit round my shifts:)

if i said we depart the Tower hotel at 8 and we are generally at Lobethal Bakery for re-fuelling by 9.40 would this help? Generally someone will always ride with the last rider in the group. Home is via either Gumeracha or Cudlee Creek and we're back at the tower by 11.15... hope that makes sense, I encourage you to come along tomorrow - only a small group but all competent riders and good teachers (We have picked up plenty from Charlie Walsh the past few years)
