A social group ride for riders new to the concept and fearing that they are 'too slow' for other group rides.
Meet 8:15am for an 8:30am ride.
Averaging around 20kph to 25kph depending on the group, can be slower if required.
This is not a training ride and a Tail End Charlie will be appointed so that no one will be left behind.
There will be regular stops to regroup to ensure no one gets lost or left behind
We will also have the opportunity of having a chat and buy a well earned (and almost mandatory) coffee and cake at the end.
If you have ever wanted to go on group rides, the most important thing is to GET STARTED.
All riders with a mechanically sound road or flat bar type bike and an approved helmet are welcome.
All riders ride at their own risk and are advised to have public liability insurance, and to carry emergency contact details

Comment by Steven Ellison on July 1, 2012 at 15:31 It was indeed a good ride and I am happy to find new riders joining us in spite of the undesirable weather! The rides must be hitting a sweat spot! Good work guys!
Comment by RD6 on July 1, 2012 at 14:51 Thanks for the ride folks, good to blow out the cobwebs out in the outdoors after 2 weeks
Comment by Steven Ellison on June 30, 2012 at 21:01 Sorry, I have missed something, I was talking about commercial road/Old Coach road to Aldinga! Now I am confused!
Comment by Steven Ellison on June 30, 2012 at 20:58 OK, I must be imagining it ;-) No problems....

Comment by Michelle Crick on June 30, 2012 at 20:19 Steve thought it would be better than commercial road and this is the route I had wanted to do unless Phil can't move it will be him..
Comment by Steven Ellison on June 30, 2012 at 20:00 See you all in the morning. This is an interesting route although Maslins beach turn off to Aldinga is a shitty piece of road! Have done this before and its not bad!
