A social group ride for riders new to the concept and fearing that they are 'too slow' for other group rides.

Meet 7:30am for an 7:45am ride.

Meet at Hallett Cove outside Riminis. We ride down to the Buffalo to meet up with the Winter Ride.

This is about 80 km there and back.

Averaging around 20kph to 25kph depending on the group, can be slower if required.

This is not a training ride and a Tail End Charlie will be appointed so that no one will be left behind.

There will be regular stops to regroup to ensure no one gets lost or left behind

We will also have the opportunity of having a chat and buy a well earned (and almost mandatory) coffee and cake at the end.

If you have ever wanted to go on group rides, the most important thing is to GET STARTED.

All riders with a mechanically sound road or flat bar type bike and an approved helmet are welcome.

All riders ride at their own risk and are advised to have public liability insurance, and to carry emergency contact details

I'm guessing that from HC was you, Graham, Martin & Steve?? and who got the punctures? did you join Gus and the gang etc...

I even got my first one!!!! no maggie swoops at all (I think) lots of punctures. and a nice slow ride back after the 40km+ speed set on the way to outer harbour... sorry no photo's oh yeah there was only 4 of us that met at HC!!!!
