MID LEVEL RIDE

Friday Warm Up--Cycling alone? - Come and join in.

Casual ride from McLaren Flat through Blewitt Springs towards Kangarilla, Wickham’s Hill at a nice slow pace and return via Willunga. Around 20 to 25km/hr with regular stops to keep all riders together (you will not be left behind) this ride warms you up and then gives the chance to take on that first big hill.

Meeting at McLaren Flat general store (Main street) at 7.00am for at 7.10 start. Click on the map link above for a snapshot of the course.

Mechanically sound bike, an approved helmet and water bottle are required. You are riding at your own risk. No support systems are provided. A spare tube and pump are always a good idea.

*DISTANCE 45km

*FITNESS LEVEL = MED (6/10)

*BIKE = T-BAR or ROAD

*EST TIME 2.5HRS

Looks like that was a good route and sounds like it was good ride too.

LOL, possibly the shortest Ride report ever!
Yes thanks for the ride - good morning in the end and both with PRs on Moritz Rd even though we were cruising.
I wont count my Wickham's as a PR even though I guess it is technically.
See you at RLC on Sunday.

Quentin, thanks for that  nice ride.  I checked the file and it seems good.  Good luck tomorrow and catch you Sunday.  Brett

Hmmm they sort of do. it's out of a machine that was made by a tea drinker. You "might drink it if you were nearly dead. Willunga might be better?

OK, looks better already judging by the forecast.
Does the deli serve coffee?   See you at 7'ish.

yes it would seem that way :-))

I checked the latest and they think the change will come in Thursday night and it will be mainly a wind direction change with little or no rain at all.  Anyway we couldn't pull out twice so I'm game if you are!!
