Event Description
Jörg Arenz - German Elite cyclocross champion 1998-99 - will be in Adelaide for the Tour Down Under. Presented by FOCUS BIKES Australia, a unique opportunity exists for local riders to pick up some skills and tips from Jörg while he is here! Topics covered will include equipment, tyre pressure and grip, dismount/remounts, running with the bike, cornering, and riding though sand. Register now to take part, all ages and abilities welcome.
Note: You must hold a current Cycling Australia Gold (Race) or Silver (Sport) membership or MTBA/BMXA equivalent. 3-Race Permit Holders also welcome (one event will be used up). It's the first Port Adelaide CC event of the year, remember to bring your proof of membership!
Sign-in at the southern end of Beaumont Road, Adelaide before 4:30pm for a 4:30pm *sharp* start.
