After leaving Gawler, the ride briefly enters the Stuart O'Grady Bikeway (SOB) until the intersection with the Gawler-Two Wells Rd.
The ride exits the SOB and follows the Gawler-Two Wells Rd all the way to the township of Two Wells. After a brief stop in Two Wells, the route heads south until a left turn is made onto Gawler River Rd. The route then passes by a number of horse properties in Lewiston until Heaslip Rd is eventually reached, where a right turn is made.
Heaslip Rd links up with Angle Vale Rd which leads back to the SOB and the return to Gawler.
