Start/Finish: Prices Bakery cnr The Grove and Golden Way's 5125

Meet at car park of Prices Fresh Bakery Golden Grove at 7:45am for safety briefing for 8am roll-out.

Route: Golden Grove > Humbug via One Tree Hill 56km - Hilly [+900m]

The map above is of the course and can be used to generate a .fit file to send to your garmin gizmo.

Will plan re-group spots and will have dedicated TECs that ensure no one is left behind. The regroup spots allow everyone to go at their own pace - never pressure on the slower riders.

Comment by Arthur Seager on August 25, 2012 at 20:20: Regret I will not be riding. While challenging myself at the gym on Thursday, I sustained an injury to a ligament at the bottom of my left hamstring. I'm now on 20 minute on/off cycle with an ice pack on the affected part.

Will have to miss the last dash up the Hill if time gets away from us.

It was proposed that this be the ride in 2 weeks time, however it makes sense to use it now. Apologies, I wont be able to make the ride - I'll be in bridgewater and wont make it down to Golden Grove for the 8am start. See you all next week though :-)
