Will plan re-group spots and will have dedicated TECs that ensure no one is left behind. The regroup spots allow everyone to go at their own pace - never pressure on the slower riders.
We will be following the guidelines outlined in the .pdf here: http://www.adelaidecyclists.com/group/gully-grinders-north-east-cyclists/page/gully-grinders-group-ride-guidelines
This is a social group ride, all are welcome to join. Please RSVP on this event page.

Comment by Dean Malden on October 20, 2012 at 21:31 Also Gemma i have been hitting OH on the way to work somedays i noticed another safer wat is to turn Left at the end of cormack rd, May Tce i think its called and this brings you back on to Eastern Parade. Less debris and also at the lights you can get through or around safer. Just a thought. I also head back this way as i work not far from the Superway shambles.
Comment by Dean Malden on October 20, 2012 at 21:27 Please Be Advised that all the North Bound Traffic on Sth Road between Grand Junction and Cormack rds now takes the back streets to Cormack Rd. There has been a new set of lights added for the Sth Rd traffic. But the has also been some Barriers added to Cormack road after south road making it tight and narrow. But as this will be early sunday then this shouldnt be to much off an issue.
Im still undecided about heading to OH. I might head Nortons to Lofty.
So travel safe and catch u guys next week.

Comment by Arthur Seager on October 20, 2012 at 20:33 I had intended riding tomorrow but my chronic cough eventually felt like it had caused a torn muscle near the ribs. Each cough then was so agonising that a locum was called on Friday night. He confirmed the torn muscle and added a lung infection! He left me with antibiotic and pain killers which didn't do much for the pain associated with each cough. Off to the physio and he showed me a technique to compress the ribs while adopting a programmed cough scedule. He recommended I didn't ride for a week to give the damaged muscle time to heal. Perhaps, see you on Sunday 27th October.
I will pick you up along montague rd in the morning, if I don't get to the bakery and peel of later as need to be back by 10.30 for other activities in the pm.
I am only a possible now - but really going to try hard to get there.
