Will plan re-group spots and will have dedicated TECs that ensure no one is left behind.  The regroup spots allow everyone to go at their own pace - never pressure on the slower riders.

We will be following the guidelines outlined in the .pdf here: http://www.adelaidecyclists.com/group/gully-grinders-north-east-cyclists/page/gully-grinders-group-ride-guidelines

This is a social group ride, all are welcome to join. Please RSVP on this event page.

Bad news, ive been as sick as a dog all week with the flu and are still nowhere near well, so I won't be riding tomorrow. Good news, the guys from gator cycling are going to join up with us next week for Nortons. I hope to be fit and proper next week and smack some time off my last Nortons effort.

you could go up Macintyre Road without much of a detour as well. Or if you want to miss the hill complete, meet us at the bottom of the bakery hill. Corner of Saints and Main North roads. This ride is the day after the dirty dozen folly and so we have a nice flat route and I for one don't expect to ride fast.

@Kev.. thanks for that info :)  Hmmm Personally have had a hard week of training so far and it hasn't finished yet so maybe after GW ride I might be in need of a rest anyhow. WIll see how the old legs are Sat. night...

@ Terry, I did this one a few weeks back with this group and from memory it was nearly 80km. It was a very good flat ride but I found it to be quite testing going up Wynn Vale drive after this amount of km's and after a big ride the day before with the Gawler Wheelers. Not sure yet if the Grove way is much easier.
@ Dean, Deserve the lie in bed this Sunday after last weeks hill's ride.

Distance ?

As Jase "Flatty" says, a lie in and Fathersday makes this one hard to get too. Also might head to Brothers at Mt Barker for lunch. Might Get up early b4 the wife wakes up and back to bed b4 she notices. See you the following week for the Humbug Dash again.

I'm doubtful being Fathers day, I think I'll kick back and enjoy my breakfast in bed and lie in but I might change my mind :)
