Hmmm...me thinks my speedo may have mis-calculated something. My av. speed doesn't work out with the time and distance it recorded.....damn technology!

Wow - you guys are superfit.  Right on 3hrs for me - definitely slowed down a lot around Kersbrook.  Right quad cramped on the left turn out of Little Para Rd. towards Gumeracha - hasn't done that since the Strath stage last year.

As I was driving home (just after 12?), I passed the Little Para Rd. T junction - looked to be some harsh words being exchanged between a driver in a blue car and 3-4 Grand Slammers.  No issues for me but, everyone OK for cars on the day?

hot sago pudding with jam stirred through it...there's a flash back to my childhood!

Well done on your time Peter.. no catching you on the next ride

That was a great ride. No long ride plan, just gunned it. PB average speed for any GS ride (approx 29 kph). The weather was perfect. The 'total ascent' of 900m for the whole ride was not that bad after all.

Saw lots of AC superstars and I feel really freakin happy.

Bought some apple cake and apricot jam at the Gumeracha market to take home. How better can it get?!

Wow Darren some amazing stats.  I would say your 150 heart rate is because you are very fit.
