Ride Details
The route is predominately a beginner hill climber's ride starting in Gawler and finishing in Gawler.

After leaving Gawler, the ride follows the Stuart O'Grady Bikeway (SOB) until the intersection with Curtis Rd.

The route then passes through Muno Para, Blakeview and eventually Craigmore via Adams Rd, where the first long steady climb starts on Yorktown Rd. The climbing continues with a left turn onto Black Top Rd which leads to the township of One Tree Hill.

The visit to One Tree Hill is only fleeting as a left turn onto One Tree Hill Rd followed by another left turn onto the Gawler-One Tree Hill Rd starts the climbing again.

A left turn onto Kentish Rd begins the final downhill run into Gawler which completes the ride.

I will update the weather forecast tonight at about 7.00pm Terry to get a more accurate reading. At this stage it looks as though the heavy rain will have cleared. Regardless of the weather Terry,,,,deep down you know you want to do it! Correct???

Looks like I will be off the bike till the end of July/beginning of August. Ann has had to go back to the UK, so I will be looking after Matthew. Might be able to get along to Jaspers at some stage. Still planning on being at the Spin session on Wednesday.

Might have to ride this one if bike not fixed by Saturday.  Dont fancy Williams rd in the big ring, Yorktown is ok though.

Hope it is fixed though because Route 27 was my first GW ride are such memories.
