Event Description
Family Fun Gawler Wheelers Christmas Get Together.
BYO: Drinks
Cost: $5 per family, ALL proceeds will go to Legacy http://www.legacy.com.au/
Need to know numbers for catering purposes so please use the RSVP tool, then i will ask for volunteers to bring a plate of salad or sweets. Meat, Bread, Condiments etc will be included in the cover charge.
This will start after the normal GW Route ride on the 17th Dec.
Please invite your familiy, and bring along the kids bikes to keep the little squids occupied as there will be safe bike paths in the park.

ok, ok, i have all the meat, esky packed with kiddies drinks, tables & chairs loaded in the van as well as BBQ. wether it is rain, hail or shine WE are having this BBQ!
but..........
Gareth may take you up on plan B after i assess the situation in the morning.

Hi all.
Looks like the weather is going to turn to crap. I have a pretty big workshop space in Willaston if you need to relocate in a hurry, Lots of parking and such. It's 5:00 now and I reckon it will be raining before midnight - hopefully it will clear a bit by morning but if it looks like persisting please don't hesitate to ring me or my brother-in-law Dale tonight on 0430423118 or 0438223825.

To add to the nonsense that is my life, My internet is dying...or dropping in and out. One reason I also took this blimen late! Very late notice. I am at a Net cafe, fingers crossed and hoping for a response, but i can understand if i dont.....for it is xmas and a friday so its very busy day. If i dont get a reply before my time runs out...ill work it out..no worries!

OMG sorry Reidy and GW members for the late notice, Im still hoping at least my mum and another person will come..but this whole week(weekdays) I have been getting dragged out with some of me ol mates...pretty much getting hammered all day at the local pubs or at home. We havent caught up since high school so, you know. I would like to know if Potato salad isnt already done yet? I can bring some potato salad or prehaps some deli meats. I will also send you a PM ok Reidy? ASAP!

Will there be plates/plastic cutlery/plastic cups/napkins?
I've got the kourabiedes ready. I'm making a tabouli-style salad and will be baking mini fig puddings tonight so if they turn out, I'll bring them too.
I do hope other people will be decorating themselves/bikes for the ride tomorrow as well as for the BBQ.
