My bike is claiming it's not Belgian but Italian and so doesn't need to go outside in this weather :-)

Oops, won't be able to make it after all. The good lady has decided to come back and look after me after all. Yay, I'll be eating well again LOL. Every time she heads to Victoria to see the daughter and grand kids I wonder if she will return! I got lucky again. So will be picking her up at the airport about the same time as the SOB ride.

hmm, not really sure - Thursday will be a month since the physio told me to stay off the bike a month.  On the downside, the knee is still a presence.  Big might.
