Looks like turning into an exceptional hijacking and Pat's gonna kill me!
If I can't make it out of my street on a bike tomorrow then you'll have to get in touch with Clive to lead the terrorist assault on Sat.
Nothing like a good hijacking! :)
(insert jovial tone here)
Comment by Matt Jones on May 29, 2012 at 9:49 Might join Paul and Gillian for the mini Double Bains....
My first group ride was a Muddies and was made to feel very welcome and looked after, I worked out though I needed training with L ride and then P rides.
Sounds great Gillian, Bains is a struggle for me even with the compact crank, I average 9kmh compared to Pat and Phil 16km. I dont mind the struggle just mindful not to take away from others enjoyment. I need the hill practise, Like you I will see what the weather has in store and how I feel, we can decide on the morning.
Thanks Michelle, fingers crossed....
I now have Patrick Girly Gears courtesy of Elizabeth Star Cycles, my not-so-local bike shop. Gary puts lots of 28s on out that way. I guess it's because GW have so many "girls"! :)
