Sorry everyone, I needed to be safe and they advertise you should get checked out at the first sign and as I have never had anything like the pain and tingling in my arm, all symptons of a heartache which runs in my family.  All tests came back clear, so got discharged mid morning, which means it is a muscular / never thing most likely.  I will have to suffer until I see my Chiro tomorrow.  thank you to Phil and everyone to taking up the slack, I hope you had a great ride, weather looked alright at 10 am when I left the emergency department.  I think they would of found some more tests for me if I hung around any longer.  Fingers crossed I will be back on my bike on Saturday.  Thanks again

Paul, I do hope you are alright! Don't worry about us we will sort ourselves out when we meet. Let us know how you get on but I suspect you will be in the emergency department for a long time and will not be able to ride with us!
Take care and let us know!

Hi Everyone, I have just taken myself to hospital for a check up, hopefully nothing wrong but better be safe then sorry.  I have a pain / tingling in shoulder arm which is getting worse, could be pinched nerve or something, better make sure, hopefully they send me straight home and I can come riding with you, if not could someone take over for me, I will text Michelle later when I know how more.

Just had a thought it would be better to follow the main road from McLaren vale as the coast to vines trail disappears into nothing close to Willunga ..

@Gillian thanks so much

Hope it stays dry :-)
