I reckon I Ow you a drink as well  .

sounds good i can bring my bag in on the morning  of ride and 10 bucks is more than fair

Comment by Sue on May 2, 2012 at 19:21

Ok, looks like I'm coming to Clare :-) Thank you all for your offerings.

I am happy to be 'Support Crew Sue' for this ride. I did it last year with Dave Bowen so may as well.

How does $10 each sound? It equals $5 each way.

I'll also get some 10l boxes of water to refill bidons at the rest stops and I have powdered Staminade if anyone needs electrolytes on route, also a first-aid kit.  Does that sound ok?

Baggage drop is probably best on the morning of the ride, can people bring them into town? I will be home Friday afternoon but busy Friday night.

@Colin, I thought you had pulled out, you are down as a 'Not Attending', sorry for stepping on your toes.

Sue, you are a dead set legend. Name your price, I reckon you have a free weekend coming up.

I also could chip in Sue or Colin or whoever may like to be a designated support driver, as it would only be fair..not to mention human descency.

Comment by Michael Bland on May 2, 2012 at 6:37

Yeh ,,I'll chip in Sue ,, a support vehicle would be a real bonus .
@ Colin I offer you the same ,if you and Ann are keen to drive up ?

Comment by Peter Short on May 1, 2012 at 23:41

Sue - ditto re: fuel and accommodation costs - would be great not to carry the backpack to Clare and back.

@A.V.O - If we are leaving Vic Square at 7:45, guessing we meet there around 7:30??  Pls put me in the faster group.  Also have booked into the Bentleigh.
