spewin ! I am working sat, so will not be able to make it out, have a great ride guys and I will catch ya all next week.

Lyndelle: OK...good idea to go for spin before Sat to get the saddle right if you can. Don't fret though....there will be plenty of guys on the ride who will be more than willing to assist a young lady in distress make any minor adjustments that may be required. Get there by 7.10 & we will get someone to have a quick look at it if need be.

Terry...everyone on the ride, bar one, will have riders in front of them if you get what I mean.

Frank, you know how to make it worth my while.

I just switched saddles though and like an idiot didn't look at where it was set before I switched it. I'll try and take it out on a quick spin around town on Friday (on call tomorrow so can't) but I won't be able to do 60k on an improperly adjusted saddle without doing myself an injury

Kara we can organise a wake up call if you want? No charge.

Lyndelle...forecast is 26 max.... aka perfect...just how you like it.

Terry ...one of my favourite quotes..."To contemplate is to look at shadows"

See you all on Sat....come on...you know you want to! :-).
