Well done to Bike SA for a great event, headwind up the freeway made it pretty challenging.  Would also like to thank all the riders who fundraised for The Smith Family.  Last night we passed the $50,000 mark.  Regards, Graham Jaeschke, GM of The Smith Family

Should be a beautiful day for a ride through the hills on traffic free roads. Enjoy and stay safe all those who are doing the ride.

I have tried creating the VeloAdelaide course on Garmin Connect however it will not allow me to use the freeway.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to force the route up the freewaynusing Garmin Connect (only allows the old road as Freeway is ghosted on the Garmin map) ?

@ Michelle, no, but Bicycle SA were very kind and have credited the ride payment for this one and the Grand Slam series for future events. They let me still buy the jersey. :-)

@ fluiddelta riding the event without paying is a NO GO  even if the roads are mainly open to the public, its just not fair on all the people who do the right thing and support bike sa.
