Gather at my Family's farm at Mt Pleasant after the Grand Slam for a sausage sizzle and drink (probably only soft drink).

The farm is situated about 2-3km North of Mt Pleasant on the right side (corner of Mt Pleasant-Keyneton Road and Fromms Road)

Turn right down Fromms Road and the farm gate is about 80 - 100 meters on the right. I will put balloons on the road corner and the farm gate.

After yesterdays GW I pulled up ok, as in no muscle strains or pulls..No fatigue etc...only problem that has occurred is my left knee is now 3 times bigger than my right! I felt some pain on friday night, figured it was because i went for a jog/run around my local oval..so i packed it in and went to sleep relatively ok and awoke for the GW ride, turned out ok..made it through-not as strong as i usually can ride though. Today I wake up.. ready for my CVSA ride and a visit to the Ferguson family farm..but my knee didnt let me sleep well last night and i awake to a inflammed overweight knee. Sorry guys, im cooked!
