Pete if I recall correctly the segment of Bentley you use in your big loop is gravel.

Hi Andrew, Grant told me that there were two in front of me so I assume it must have been you and Matthew but I never caught sight of you as I assume you were accelerating away from me. The wind between Angle Vale and Curtis was very demotivating.

Good effort, guys. I was very late, and drove through around 6:00 on my way to RPM (had to do something!). The weather was not very nice at all. I did think about you all, though!

sorry Mark, Mathew and I were at the Gawler end and there were only three riders marked as definitely "attending" - me, Mathew and Pete at the south end.  So we rolled a bit early, cos we were starting to freeze up.  So at the south end I arrived a bit earlier than usual and so we rolled a bit early from that end too.

bet your fingers were a bit numb dealing with the P fairy.  Winter has arrived!

Im going to start riding over there in about an hour or so. I might not get to the Gawler end, not sure. Possibility that i may meet a womma rd, or at southern end. Its just that its cold and miserable(which is aceptable), then theres the wind(!!), and also it gets dark much quicker lately...and i have to make my way back home along "drongo highway" or AKA Main north rd at night, with shonky lights. Seeyas soon then.

Work has just got uglier than normal. I might not get there this afternoon, folks.

That leaves me three days to practice for Saturday.
